Participate in the 4th annual Lunar Lunacy Ride organized by Point West Rotary Foundation to benefit the “Making Memories” program of CASA Sacramento and other local children's charities.
Showcase your business at the Lunar Lunacy Festival with a booth.
When: August 5, 2017 from 7:00 – 11:00 PM. Vendors should be set up by 6:30 PM.
Where: The festival will be held on the Capitol Mall Greens between 5th and 7th Streets.
Benefits: Showcase your business while participating in a popular event that offers hope to local youth in crisis. We will heavily promote the event through local radio, TV, print media and social media as well as Rotary Clubs, bike shops, and other events. We have a media kit for you to use for your client/business base.

Interested in being a volunteer at the 2017 Lunar Lunacy Ride? This years ride benefits local foster youth through CASA Sacramento's Making Memories Program and other local children's charities.
If your volunteer job permits, we welcome you to register as a rider. ALL volunteers are encouraged to bring noise makers to cheer in the riders at the finish line!

REI Packet Pickup — Greet and check in pre-registered riders
Setup — Assist in setting up fencing, signage, rider check-in, setting up vendor grid, traffic control & start/finish
Rider registration — Check-in prepaid riders and walk-up riders, and team
Festival — Assist vendors in locating their spot and setting up
Post festival transition — Assist vendors in breakdown as soon as riders leave; assist in mobilizing the beer garden set up
Beer garden — Assist in checking rider identification for beer ticket
Breakdown & cleanup — Assist with breakdown of fencing, tables, chairs, and making sure event is free of litter.
Course beacons — Two volunteers to stand at turn points on course and direct riders
Course chaperones — Ride the course and carry cell phone to call for assistance as necessary
